Let us know what you think of our draft guide to services to support young people as they get ready for their next steps 

(This is sometimes known as transitions or preparation for adulthood)

Our ambition is that that we work together to create an inclusive city to ensure children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) get the right support at the right time so that they go on to live their best lives. To achieve this, we have identified two priorities:
