Unforgettable Experiences provides live, creative and interactive sessions online. We provide technical assistance to help people to get online with the support of our Digital Activity Buddies, and support them to access artistic sessions online. Sessions include arts, creative writing, history, photography, dance, drama and music. Each of our sessions are designed to support older adults with mental health issues, dementia or long-term conditions and their carers through the power of the arts.

Fair For You offers an affordable alternative to weekly payment stores. They provide low cost loans for new branded white goods, furniture such as beds, mattresses, sofas and sofa beds, pushchairs and prams at fair prices for low income households. Unlike other weekly payment stores, Fair For You do not penalise customers who choose to repay their loan early or charge expensive missed payment fees. Fair for You’s loan calculator tool lets customers check how much the loan will cost in total.

We care for children and young adults with progressive, life shortening conditions from across the North East.
Our team of skilled staff provide residential short breaks to local families. Up to six children and young adults can stay at any one time in our relaxed, home-from-home environment.
Children from birth to 18 can benefit from short breaks here. Teenagers benefit from their own living area – complete with games consoles, wide screen TV and PC’s.
We also care for young adults aged 18- 25 in designated, age-appropriate facilities.

Free advice and assistance for anyone affected by leukaemia, lymphoma or any malignant blood disorder including patients, carers and family. Help includes benefits advice, grant applications, financial issues, housing and employment. Advice is provided by telephone and appointment as well as home and hospital visits. This service is funded by the Kay Kendall Leukaemia Fund.

A Specialist service for people who's lives are affected by someone else's alcohol or drug use. PROPS can offer one to one work, peer support groups, and training around substance misuse. They also offer carer and family training, respite breaks and an emergency out of hours telephone helpline. PROPS also work with young people 11+ who have been impacted by someone else’s drug or alcohol misuse.

Providing services for people living with hearing loss and their families and carers.
Hearing Link works with and on behalf of adults living with hearing loss, and their relatives, friends and colleagues. Our focus is on the social and psychological needs of people affected by hearing loss, rather than the medical, audiological or technical aspects of hearing impairment.
