The Humankind LGBT North East Services provide support to young people aged 11 to 25 through a range of projects across the North East region.
LGBT+ (Lesbian, Gay Bisexual or Transgender or other related identities) specialist support includes one to one interventions, workshops, peer support and family work.
Ambitious about Autism has a rapidly growing online Ambitious Youth Network to enable more autistic young people to have their voices heard. Through the network, autistic young people between the ages of 16 to 25 can share experiences, connect with others, have their say on Ambitious about Autism’s projects as well as access a range of opportunities to advocate and improve services for autistic young people.
Qwell is a free, safe and anonymous mental health support tool for 18 to 25 year olds.

Online messaging
Our messaging feature allows you to reach out directly to a professional. We also use messages to connect with someone who may need additional support.
Navigate is a national mentoring service, that provides online emotional support for parents and carers of disabled children who are finding out about their child’s additional needs.
Eligibility
Navigate is open to any parent or carer who:
- lives in England or Wales
- has parental responsibility for a child under 18
- this child is on a pathway to diagnosis or has received one in the last year

We are delighted to announce the launch of our new website for 4-7 year olds and accompanying guide for parents and carers.
The website is based on the three-episode Jessie & Friends animated series, which aims to equip 4-7 year olds with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to stay safer online. It is intended to be used by 4-7 year olds alongside their parents and carers, or within education settings as a learning tool.

We are a local charitable company which is helping people who are disadvantaged in the workplace to get jobs, work experience, training and a sense of purpose. Our people develop greater self-esteem, more confidence, better mental health and have real opportunities to contribute positively and regularly to society and to be seen doing so.We do this by running a number of enterprises that provide volunteer jobs in catering, packing and distribution, gardening, warehousing, cleaning and office administration.
Liberdade provide performing arts and health and well-being courses for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We currently have 2 new courses starting in September 2022.
We are Liberdade. Our organisation started in 2003 as an apprenticeship scheme with the aim of enabling a group of people with learning disabilities to set up and run their own physical theatre company.

Archibald First School is situated in the heart of Gosforth and is part of the Gosforth Schools Trust. We are a two form entry First School with a Nursery as part of our Early Years Unit. There are no mixed age classes at Archibald First School, each class has a designated teacher and at least one shared Teaching Assistant. In addition to our classrooms we have a computing suite, two large halls, a library, a sensory room and additional group teaching spaces.

Central Walker Church of England Primary School is a Voluntary Aided School that caters for boys and girls between the ages of 2 and 11 years. It is part of The Riverside Learning Trust. Children normally transfer to Walker Technology College or Benfield School in the September after their eleventh birthday. The staff of the secondary schools liaise closely, the children visit and meet the teachers on many occasions before they transfer.
Our ethos of care and humour coupled with fantastic progress and attainment is our recipe for success. Cheviot is a happy school where taking responsibility for ourselves and other people and working hard to achieve our best is what we do every day!
We believe that working in partnership with families, involving them in children’s learning, is a strength of our school. The school has had a strong tradition of working with families for over 120 years. We are a small family orientated school and our size enables us to reassure parents that we can really get to know their unique and special children. Because we are small we can really spend time getting to know our families well. The school is a Community Co-educational First School. The building has a large hall and adjoining dining area. We have six classrooms for Key stages 1 & 2. The Foundation Stage Unit for Nursery and Reception age children consists of three classrooms and an outside play area / outdoor classroom. We have a small group working room / medical room and library areas. We also have a centralised computer suite with controlled access to the Internet.
Grange First School is a community school catering for a maximum of 352 boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 9 years.
