I have passes for local soft plays and the Centre for Life.  We go to toddler groups at Fenham library, St. Roberts and the Laing.  We also attend all the local parks ie. Nunsmoor, Leazes and Exhibition with trips further afield during the school holidays.

We have another amazing summer offer during the six weeks holiday. Two FREE sessions where your children will learn the principles of boxing in a fun environment. The sessions are tailored at all levels and are delivered by England Boxing Coaches who all have DBS clearance, first aid certificates and are trained in safeguarding and first aid.

Sessions will provide a diverse range of activities such as boxing training and circuits, as well as more traditional gym classes to appeal to as a wide range of the young community as possible and maximise participation.

Our groups offer opportunities to explore life and relationship issues and practise life-skills such as planning and organising in a safe environment, as well as building self esteem and confidence.

For boys aged 8-11. 

For ages 8 - 10 years

Each session contains a mixture of activities including,

• sports
• cooking
• arts and crafts
• challenging games. 

Each session always has mixed ability activities. This is so that it suits the needs of the children and young people.  We also work with local artists to add to activities for everyone to engage within.

We also offer free activities for children and young people to have a quieter calm space. 

This group is especially for the siblings of disabled children/ young people. It gives the perfect opportunity to come together for fun and friendship.

The sessions are fully staffed.  There are a range of activities both within the Tim Lamb Centre and out in the wider community.

Our sibling group outings have included Click n Climb, Ice Skating, Tynemouth Adventure Golf and The Arcade Warehouse.

I run a toddlers group on a Friday and attend  childminders drop ins and messy church.We regularly visit the local library and parks, we organise and plan together summer outings ie: to the beach, sea life centre, and the farm. We attend sessions at the local childrens centre such as dance sacks, art and craft, and story time.

A home form home Ofsted registered childminding service offering child care for children of all. I have a secure and private garden to allow outdoor play. 

I believe that routine and opportunities for children to interact and socialise with other children are vital to a young child's development and to prepare then for school and I incorporate the EYFS into all activities and outings which children will be regularly taken on to stimulate and encourage learning and development.

I have been a registered childminder for 29 years and care for pre-school children in my home in Great Park. I go out most days to places such as parks, toddler groups and softplay. My home is a warm, safe and secure environment for children to develop and grow as they would in their own home. 

I take the children to weekly childminder drop-ins and visit museums and the local park at least once a week.  Children are involved in indoor play such as painting, brick play, tea parties, baking.

I offer a warm friendly home enviroment. I have a large home with a conservatory which the children have access to. I also have a garden which is secure. I have many crafts and activities and toys for them. We also go to soft play and parks.

I have over twenty years experience in childcare and I have four children myself, two are at university at present.

Welcoming home environment. 

A parent and toddler group is a welcoming and friendly group of adults. This includes mothers, fathers, childminders or carers.

They all come together in their own community with their children who are under the age of 5.

Parent and toddler groups offer play opportunities for children from birth to 5 year old, as well as an opportunity to mix with others. They also offer support to adults and a break from the normal routines of the day.

We offer a varied programme of activities throughout holidays. There are physical activities to get you moving and passive activities too, such as Arts n Crafts.We organise trips to the seaside and funfairs too. Events like Magic show and 'Glow in the dark disco'. Hot or cold food is provided free for those entitled toschool meals.

The sessions are for all young people aged 11 - 16 years and ran by qualified and experienced youth and community workers, we are passionate about listening to the voice of young people to support them to achieve their goals.
