Molehill Mountain is the first evidence-led smartphone app aiming to help autistic adults understand and self-manage their anxiety. The app has been developed by Autistica and researchers at King’s College London with input from autistic people and funding from Maudsley Charity and The Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.
The Charity Patchwork was set up in order to help and educate young people between the ages of 8 and 25 years resident in the West End of Newcastle Upon Tyne and the surrounding area. Cruse Bereavement Care (CRUSE) is a national charity committed to promoting the well-being of bereaved people. We care for children and young adults with progressive, life shortening conditions from across the North East.
Our team of skilled staff provide residential short breaks to local families. Up to six children and young adults can stay at any one time in our relaxed, home-from-home environment.
Children from birth to 18 can benefit from short breaks here. Teenagers benefit from their own living area – complete with games consoles, wide screen TV and PC’s.
We also care for young adults aged 18- 25 in designated, age-appropriate facilities.
A Specialist service for people who's lives are affected by someone else's alcohol or drug use. PROPS can offer one to one work, peer support groups, and training around substance misuse. They also offer carer and family training, respite breaks and an emergency out of hours telephone helpline. PROPS also work with young people 11+ who have been impacted by someone else’s drug or alcohol misuse.
If you know anyone who may be affected by drug or alcohol misuse, please contact us to make a referral or alternatively we would be happy to discuss this further with you.
We are a Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Service for Children and Young People.
We offer interventions that allow children and young people to explore difficult experiences through play and creativity. We also support your setting by delivering training, consultation and workshops.
We offer: Play Therapy, Creative Therapy, CPD and Twilight training both online and face to face.
Dear Albert is a social enterprise which specialises in peer mentoring and making recovery more visible by bringing together existing resources. We have close links with peer support fellowships such as Smart Recovery, NA, AA and work in close collaboration with statutory funded drug and alcohol agencies, private rehabs, local authorities and substance misuse charities.
We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

A range of support services provided by trained professionals who are specialists in the field of male sexual violence. SurvivorsUK was established as a service for male survivors of rape and sexual violence, however they are an inclusive service and welcome anyone who identifies as male, trans, non-binary, has identified as male in the past, or anyone who feels that they are the right fit for them.
Projects4change addresses the needs, voice and rights of young people. We work within communities and in partnership with others to create youth work projects which help young people develop and flourish into adulthood. For children 11+

Masquer-Aid is a peer support group for people who have recently found out they are neurodifferent or are waiting for a diagnosis. We talk about shared experiences, learn about life and have fun too. Aimed at 11 to 25 year olds, our groups are led by you and what you need. Our 1-2-1 support can be a space to build your confidence and self-awareness or get help with your mental health. Our peer support groups where you have the chance to learn from others like you.
Ways to Wellbeing program has been developed to support parents who have concerns about their children’s emotional wellbeing.
The program is split into two, two hour sessions.

We have lots of options to choose from, with a huge variety of activities available. Our primary school options focus on skills such as resilience, problem solving, planning, and leadership.
