Lowry is an acute admission ward based at Hadrian Clinic, Campus for Ageing and Vitality in Newcastle upon Tyne. Lowry has 16 beds providing assessment and treatment by a multi disciplinary team. They will support you to develop new skills to manage your mental health. During your stay you will be offered the following treatments and therapies:
• Occupational therapy – helps with individual or group activities and daily living skills
• Physiotherapy – help with mobility or movement problems or by providing access to gym facilities
The Neuropsychiatry Outpatient Team is a specialist, planned care service which offers assessment, signposting and short term interventions to people with a neuropsychiatric condition which may arise as a result of head injury or other conditions such as Huntington’s disease.
The health visitor’s role starts during pregnancy and continues to offer support through the first few weeks after the birth, and all the way through until early childhood.
All health visitors are nurses or midwives with specialist training in family and community health. They work with parents and families to improve health and wellbeing.
The health visitors are part of a team that includes staff nurses and community nursery nurses.

Cruse Bereavement Care (CRUSE) is a national charity committed to promoting the well-being of bereaved people. The organisation aims to help anyone bereaved by death to understand their grief and cope with their loss. It covers England, Wales and Northern Ireland (Cruse - Scotland is a separate organisation).
The Forensic Outpatient Department is based at Stephenson Court, St Nicholas Hospital, Gosforth, Newcastle. The team consists of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, support workers and students.
The service is for men and women over the age of 18 but under 65 years old who have been assessed as an identified risk of causing significant harm to others or themselves.
16 bedded neuro-psychiatry unit for assessment and treatment of neuro-psychiatric consequences of brain injury acquired in adult life and regional service for the assessment, diagnosis and management of Huntington’s disease.
Fellside is an acute admission ward based at the Hadrian Clinic, Campus for Ageing and Vitality in Newcastle upon Tyne. Fellside has 20 beds providing assessment and treatment by a multi disciplinary team. They will support you to develop new skills to manage your mental health. During your stay you will be offered the following treatments and therapies:

• Physiotherapy – help with mobility or movement problems or by providing access to gym facilities
Our orthodontics service cares for patients who need a brace fitted to help their teeth to move. We have specialist doctors who examine teeth that are not in the correct position (malocclusions).

The Humankind LGBT North East Services provide support to young people aged 11 to 25 through a range of projects across the North East region.
LGBT+ (Lesbian, Gay Bisexual or Transgender or other related identities) specialist support includes one to one interventions, workshops, peer support and family work.
Humankind are also a delivery partner for the Rainbow Flag Award; a quality assured framework for schools to ensure that they are providing inclusive and positive environments for LGBT Students and their staff.
Pathways 4 All is a parent-led charity, providing leisure services for children and young people with disabilities/ additional needs (0-25 years old). Our primary service is a specialist play and activity provision, the Tim Lamb Centre (in the grounds of the Rising Sun County Park, Benton). Our centre is open to families from across the North East region.
The Community Multiple Sclerosis Team, based at Walkergate Park in Newcastle, is a multidisciplinary team working with people, and their families/carers, who have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). The service provides therapy, information, advice and continued support from diagnosis to end of life.
The team involved in your care could include:

- Neuro Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist

The Tree House Early Years Centre provides a range of Educational, Social, Therapeutic and Health activities / services for children aged 0-5 with SEND, and their families.

Treloar School and College offers physically disabled children and young people a specialist environment where education and learning take place alongside therapy and care.
