This summer with HYPE at EMTEP, we’re bringing you loads of exciting activities that you like. It’s all about having fun, doing what you enjoy, meeting and making new friends, learning new things, and feeling proud of who you are. 

There's something for you to try, enjoy and have fun! Together we’ll explore what makes you you, help you grow confidence, provide you new ideas, skills and passions. 

Take part in design and build challenges and meet other gamers at the Farrell Centre’s own Minecraft club.

This club will use Minecraft to explore architecture, design and city planning. Gamers and parents can share their creations.

Our mission was to create an inspiring youth and community space in the heart of Byker that will support quality youth and community engagement and have a lasting impact on the community of Byker for many years to come.

Central Walker Church of England Primary School is a Voluntary Aided School that caters for boys and girls between the ages of 2 and 11 years. It is part of The Riverside Learning Trust. Children normally transfer to Walker Technology College or Benfield School in the September after their eleventh birthday. The staff of the secondary schools liaise closely, the children visit and meet the teachers on many occasions before they transfer.

The Foundation Stage Unit for Nursery and Reception age children consists of three classrooms and an outside play area / outdoor classroom. We have a small group working room / medical room and library areas. We also have a centralised computer suite with controlled access to the Internet.

Grange First School is a community school catering for a maximum of 352 boys and girls between the ages of 3 and 9 years.
