Money Matters is the specialist debt advice team within the Newcastle City Council's Active Inclusion Service. They offer debt and budgeting advice to people who live in Newcastle.

Professionals can refer people to the service by emailing moneymatters@newcastle.gov.uk and requesting a referral form.
Moneywise Credit Union is a financial co-operative which offers savings, loans and related services to members. Anyone who joins must be part of a "common bond", this means everyone who lives or works in the Tyne and Wear region. Credit unions are a "not for profit" organisation which means that any surplus made is reinvested into the business, any additional profit is used to pay a dividend to members.

The session will be most suited to participants who are learning at an age of 5 or under. There will be an interactive story, and songs followed by some simple exploratory play experiences which relate to the story theme. There will also be an opportunity to feel a museum object.
A group ran by North Benwell Youth Project. NBYP wish to see the young people of North Benwell enjoy the same possibilities of life as their peers in other areas of Newcastle upon Tyne: the young people of North Benwell will generate their own hope for the future and be the agents of their own destinies.
These sessions are led and coordinated by Gem Arts and funded through Youth Music, to support local organisations to offer structured high quality music sessions to young people delivered by professional musicians.

What to Expect
NAPI provides a support service for all parent and toddler groups across the city. To do this, support workers visit on a regular basis, newsletters are circulated termly and resources are provided.
The organisation supports local parents to set up groups in their own area.
A citywide list of parent and toddler groups is continually updated and made available to the Newcastle Support Directory, parents and professionals involved in signposting parents to groups.
Come along and enjoy these autism friendly tour of St James Park. They were developed with help from North East Autism Society (NEAS).

The Big One draws together a huge number of Newcastle Hospitals Trust professionals to meet young people and inform them about career opportunities within the NHS. With a morning and afternoon session targeting different Key Stages, students will engage with around 10 different departments to learn what itβs really like to work with people who have health concerns.

16 bedded neuro-psychiatry unit for assessment and treatment of neuro-psychiatric consequences of brain injury acquired in adult life and regional service for the assessment, diagnosis and management of Huntingtonβs disease.
16 beds (with fully equipped interim flat) providing highly specialised and integrated multi disciplinary rehabilitation for adults following an acquired brain injury or other neurological disease/illness (patients must be medically stable).

The Neuropsychiatry Outpatient Team is a specialist, planned care service which offers assessment, signposting and short term interventions to people with a neuropsychiatric condition which may arise as a result of head injury or other conditions such as Huntingtonβs disease.
