- If you have an EHCP

If you currently have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) you can contact the SEND Support, Assessment and Review Team on 0191 277 4650 and your caseworker will be able to offer advice, support and guidance.
- If you do not have an EHCP

If you receive support but do not have an EHCP, you can speak to your School's SENCO.
