Start for life – first 1001 days
The first 1,001 days of a baby’s life are a really important time. This is from conception, all through pregnancy, until your child turns two years old. Babies learn lots in their first two years of life, and there is a lot to learn as a new parent too. It can feel overwhelming, lonely and difficult at times, but there is support available. You can chat to your midwife, or your health visitor. You can attend groups at your local Children and Families Newcastle Hub and meet other parents.

NSPCC Pregnancy in Mind
Supporting parents with their wellbeing, to help build a positive bond. Pregnancy in mind is an online group work program focused on mindfulness, relaxation, coping strategies and boosting your mood. Mums to be, dads to be and partners are all welcome.
